ABA Center Privacy Policy
The Applied Behavior Analysis Center (ABA Center) is concerned with providing educational services and intensive care for children in early childhood as one of the first centers in Jordan concerned with ABA.
The center was established in 2022 to be a pioneer in providing services and growing needs for this science in jordan
We are also proud to consider ABA Center as a specialized center in providing ABA , occupational therapy, speech therapy ,physical and psychological therapy services in Arabic and English Languages.

When you follow our website or subscribe to our services , you trust us with your private information and surely we take this responsibility seriously and work hard to protect your data all the time.

When you subscribe to our services , your agreement is asked to answer the questionnaires, and fill the forms on the website whether it’s paid or not .
Personal information may be requested such as : (your good name ,age, gender, email, job or job title, health information :symptoms and diseases etc..
You may be asked for additional information such as phone number and payment information.

After collecting your personal data , we may use it at ABA Center for the following purposes :

ABA Center’s website is a website that is concerned with disseminating information about our services to users through different pages from the website ( our various services on the field of rehabilitation and special education based on behavioral therapy , consultations , family support , community awareness and training courses , articles etc.. ).
This list is an agreement between all users and the site’s supervisory team and that the users are ( specialists and non specialists -families – editors who write for the site also those who browse the site .. in general everyone who has anything to do with the site including team’s work , supporters , users and followers)
They give the site’s team the absolute right to edit , remove , delete user-submitted content in any of the following cases:
1- presence of any direct or indirect abuse of a person , center , company or a group of people , centers , companies .
2- presence of any images or content that violates public morals agreed by law, for example :
Pornographic images/ pornographic websites , immoral sites or any site or material that violates public morals.
3- presence of content that raises strife or addressing ethnic religious or/and political topics that would deviate the site’s goal of disseminating educational content and that would includes promoting magical mixtures or/and non-scientific information.
4- The presence of content that would commercially promote a specific type, brand or class of medicine or for a specific people entity.
5- A clear legally proven infringement on the rights of another company or intellectual property rights of others .
6- Having opinions in the content that would harm the reputation of a company or a center without verification or without scientific or legal evidence/proof .
Our team has the right to follow up on applying this regulation to the content on one of the following ways:
- Editing or partial deleting
- An announcement of a situation such as the announcement of a commercial relationship between the publisher and the reason for consulting .
This regulation is a part of the terms of use and confidentiality agreement and it is binding on all users as defined above .
Intellectual property and publishing rights
Copyrights are reserved to our website ABA Center , therefore it is not permissible to publish any material , whether an article or video without attributing it to us as a primary source/ reference or without prior permission from us .
